Canada: Toronto's Zombie Walk

Halloween is a very popular celebration specially in English speaking countries with Celts origins and related to the death. Many activities are related to Halloween such as trick-or-treating, pumping carving, haunted houses or costume parties. In the year 2000 a group of people had the idea of doing a zombie flash mob and, 3 years later, Toronto had the first ever called "Zombie Walk". The event soon became a tradition in the city and this year, 2013, more than 10.000 (dead) people invaded the city dressed as zombies, blood covered and eating brains. It is not only about being dressed as a zombie, but to sound and walk as one.

It is too late to go to the Zombie Walk this year, but here you have the official website to not to miss it next year
